thanks - but they are out of stock. and no find on ebay either. do you know if newer and available batteries are compatible? or if the plastic holder can be opened, and inside there´s just an ordinary and readily available battery?

You'll find it's a standard battery that's under the shrink wrap - probably a CR-2032 button cell.
