D630 nv4_disp STOP 0x000000EA blue screen error message

FGS is retired and uses a Dell Latitude D630 purchased in 2008 primarily for emails and writing text. The laptop runs on Windows XP Home Edition and uses Microsoft Home and Business 2010 since October 2011. The D630 worked with stellar performance until December 2011. 

FGS would like to resolve a stubborn quirk with blue screens, messages of different sorts, and undesirable work interruptions at the most inopportune times, the latest being nv4_disp, STOP 0x000000EA, which DELL diagnostics, Microsoft Solutions Desk, Malwarebytes, Tech Mechanic, and every driver downloaded thus far have not managed to definitively correct.
