DSB File
When I did an emergency backup to my laptop computer, the files were saved as dsb files. Now I am unable to open them and retrieve them. How do I access these files?

I am not a tech guy. What does the user "uses the DataSafe Local Backup application interface to restore the data stored in DSB Files" mean?

The program you used (DataSafe Local Backup) to backup your files will be needed again to restore the Dell specific DSB data files.
I do not use Dell's backup program I use "Macrium Reflect" which also creates its own backup file format (mrimg-files) and only Macrium Reflect can read them.
