Dell Inspiron n5010 cannot connect to internet. Please help!
Hi everyone! I am at a total loss this has never happened before. My dell Inspiron n5010 stopped connecting to the internet. When I'd connect to my wifi it says limited connectivity. So I followed some old posts, rebooted, checked wifi key and finally Uninstalled the wifi drivers but now I can't reinstall them since I cannot connect to the internet. Im totally stuck and confused. Do I have any options?
Thanks.

Hi mestiza19,
Please punch in the system service tag or express service code from the link below on different Internet working computer. Then Click on System configuration tab and then Click on Components and find the wireless card of the system and then download the wireless card driver found under Network section.

Hi, hanks for your response. I went to the website and typed in my service tag of : 1Y9KSP1, scrolled down to download to network. I don't know what I need to download from the list. On my laptop it says I only have
NETWORK ADAPTERS
Bluetooth device (personal area network)
Bluetooth device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)
Intel (R) WIFI Link 1000 BGN
Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller.
------
What is missing?
Thank you
