i have installed the driver given on the website but it doesnot install completely,

is there any problem in driver or something else,

I have to dell vostro labtop. it has the fingerprint. But I dont know how to usethat, even i installed fingerprint driver also. please help me to resolve this.

Try looking for this application Protector Suite™ QL by UPEK

Or DigitalPersonal or Embassy Security Center. Some Vostro 3500's came with these softwares

thanks george. i ve installed that softwares now..but it shows my fingerprint scanner is not connected, as well as my TPM is not enabled. i ve explored bios for tpm, but couldot find one... the software is working. but its not reading the fingerprint scanner., although my fingerprint scanner drivers are installed and showing in the device manager... pls help
