Hi prateekchhabra,

There is a possibility that the RAM is not properly connected to the socket on the motherboard. I will recommend you to re-seat RAM making sure you hear a click noise from both the clips. In case the issue persists, connect the original RAM to your system and let me know if the system works fine. The following table gives information about the beep codes and the possible point of failure for your system:

Beep Code Fault Description Possible Point of Failure
One
System board, covers BIOS corruption or ROM error

Two

A NOTE indicates important information that helps you make better use of your computer. NOTE:
If you install or replace the memory module, ensure that the memory module is seated properly.

How many beeps do you hear? Also, make sure the upgraded RAM is compatible with your system.
