Dell e6520 multiple monitor setup

I have a dell E6520 with a docking station and windows xp installed. I have one 22" monitor (dell P2210) and a 19" Dell monitor. When I plug both into the docking station, 19" via VGA and the 22" via DVI (docking station only has a DVI, VGA, and DisplayPort), only the DVI one turns on. What I want to do is have my Laptop display as the primary, and the two monitors as the secondary displays but I can't seem to figure out how to do this...The VGA monitor doesn't seem to be detected when the DVI one is plugged in. Also, Optimus display in the bios is disabled and I just downloaded the latest NVIDIA drivers from NVIDIA's website.
