Dropped Laptop, won't Start Windows
Hello -
I recently had an accident with my XPS system. I dropped it and it broke some keys. It also will not start Windows. It says it needs to repair, and stays on Window repair for 5+ hours. Is this a hard drive issue?
I have a service order in to send it in to be fixed.

If the system was powered on when it fell, chances are the drive is toast. F12 at powerup - boot to the Dell diagnostics and run an extended test.
