Error code: 2000-0142 - Don't have a recovery disc
Hi,
I just run diagnosis in my laptop and got error 2000-0142, I have data I want to recover and copy to my external drive, but I don't have a recovery disc to boot the computer. I have another laptop which doesn't have CD drive. How can I create a recovery USB so I can boot the laptop with the fatal error and recover my data?

As per the error code that you have give the hard driver is faulty and needs to be replaced.Kindly private message the service tag and email address.
Regarding the data recovery we would not be able to help you with the same.
