How to disable internal keyboard in Windows 7

Hi,

My internal keyboard are not working properly. Now, i'm using external keyboard without issue. But, How can i disable internal keyboard because it makes some noise while booting windows 7.

Model: Dell Studio 1345

Operating System; Windows 7 32 bit

Thanks for writing to us.

Unfortunately there is no way we can disable the internal keyboard in windows.

Unless you wish to completely disconnect the physical keyboard connector (as only a hardware can create noise). 

On this model the palmrest and keyboard are on one platform, so if you disconnect the keyboard, even the touchpad will stop working. 

How sure are you that the noise is from keyboard? Any troubleshooting that you tried?

Hi Hema,

Apologies for late reply. My internal keyboard making some noise while booting and it automatically press some keys. Even i'm using external keyboard, still internal automatically pressing keys. I can't use my laptop normally.
