Inspiron 1525 AC charger
My Dell Inspiron 1525 AC charger recently stopped working. I bought a new AC adapter online, and it allows me to use the computer, but does not charge the battery. My battery meter says "plugged in, not charging". Is there either a setting that can be changed to let my computer start charging, or a charger cord that I can purchase that will actually charge the battery? When I looked for the charger on the Dell website, I couldn't find the right product.

Hello Pteridonut,
Where did you buy you ac adapter from? Also how many watts is it? For this system you should use a 65W or a 90W ac adapter.
