Inspiron 1545 Blue Screen of Death error...

I keep getting the following error on my 1545 running Win 7 Home Prem. I used a utility to view the minidump file. I am new to Win 7, and never had this error with XP (any version). After running several diags on video and ram, no problems came up. I get this error when recovering and rebooting from the same error. The last error occured when refreshing the Performance Index.

Any suggestions on how to narrow down the problem?
