Inspiron N5110 Unable to Create Recovery Disk

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron N5110 and I've run across some problems.

 

Whenever I try to create a recovery disk through Dell Datasafe Local Backup, it goes till the part where I've to insert a blank DVD, then it keeps rotating. My computer shows a blank disk, but the Green thing keeps rotating.


I've tried with USB Drives, Different DVDs, even a portable hard drive. Doesn't seem to work only.

 

One more problem is that  I've purchased the laptop from Malaysia, and I live in India. But whenever I fill up my Service Tag, it shows that my laptop is out of warranty and I'm unable to e-mail the technical support.

 

Any ideas anyone?
