No, there's no difference there. The only impact will be that your system won't use all 4G of RAM (assuming you have 4G RAM) - it'll use about 3.25G.

Yes. That said, Dell isn't supporting 32-bit Windows 7 on this system, so be sure you find all the drivers (from the component manufacturers) BEFORE you begin the installation.

Depending on the configuration, Intel, ATI, Broadcom, etc.

Hi...
I too had the same problem when I installed 32-bit Win7 in my Inspiron N-5010.It took me a while to solve this issue,to find the right drivers. It actually turned out to be too simple.
Go to the Dell Driver Support page for the Inspiron M-5010 model.,choose Win 7 32 bit option. You will find a lost of drivers.Compare with the drivers u need ,and when u select every Driver,u will find a Compatibility Option. You will be able to find that, these drivers are also compatible with Inspiron N 5010 Win- 32-bit..choose the 32 bit ones ,and download them.It should work fine.
This is the driver support page for Inspiron M 5030

Thanks.
