Hi all,
i am using external USB TV tuner card for my laptop.
In TV Cable over power comes if any damage for my laptop hardware's? It is possible...

Yes, it is possible - any physical connection to the system (power adapter, ethernet, cable, etc.) always carries the possibility of carrying enough voltage to cause system damage in case of, say, a thunderstorm.

Even with an external USB card, if there is a danger of an electrical storm, disconnect the input from the system.
