My computer will not boot up
I have a dell inspiron 1440. It will load then ask if i want to start windows normally or launch start up repair, ive clicked both and it doesnt do anything. I tried doing a self assesment and it came up with error code 0146, msg error code 2000-0146, msg hard drive 0. I have no idea what to do any help would be much appreciated.

Hi morrison,
An Error message 0146 means that the HDD on the system has problems.
Its best to the HDD replaced.
If you are still covered under warranty give Dell Tech Support a call and they would replace the drive for you.
