My computer will not load pictures and pages
I had to reload my windows and think I missed some drivers. Can anyone lead me on which ones to relaod?

You have to install the drivers in the correct order. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Boot into Safe Mood and try installing the drivers in the correct order.
If that doesn't work, you will need to re-install Windows and then the drivers again.

But do I try to remove the old drivers first? Thanks in advance.

The old drivers did not install, because you did not install the drivers in the correct order. If you start installing the drivers in the correct order, you will see things starting to work.

Thank you for your input, I have a question tho. I downloaded the directions to load the drivers, it says to load the Desktop System Software (DSS) or the Notebook System Software (NSS) When I open the System utilities on my cd it has Conexant D400, external usb 56k modem rev A00, would that be what they are asking for?
