PCI-E mini card slot

I got the new Vostro Laptop and it comes with a PCI-E mini card slot. What the heck is it for besides a wireless card. Basically I want to know what else can use in that slot?

Currently:

WPAN:  Dell Wireless 370/410 Bluetooth card

WWAN:  3G Aftermarket provider card

WLAN:  Dell Wireless 1505/1390 802.11 wireless or Intel wireless

Thank you but.....it still does not help. The question was what ELSE besides a wireless card can go in that slot????

Video card? Ram? Bluetooth? Other?
