Power Adapter Model HP-AF065B83 PA-12 Family 12V Cigarette Lighter Cord

Question

This is the adapter with a 5-pin male trapezoidal input connector, 3 pins over 2. I have the AC cord; I need to replace the 12V cigarette lighter cord. It was available for about $12 I was told a couple months ago. Want to buy it now, but can't track it down. How can I get the part number on this?
