Problem while downloading software

I run the system recovery back to my laptop original factory state(Dell inspiron 7420) but I've some problem in downloading software. When I open the download folder, it seems i lost the track of my downloaded file.

Then, I have problem to install my kapersky antivirus. It detect viruses but I have restore my laptop to it's original state?
