Run MS-DOS on a Dell Inspiron 1545?
I have this thought that i want to run MS-DOS on a dell laptop. Any way of running it on a dell laptop? :\

Thanks, but i've already found another answer to my question, but thanks anyway for helping. BTW i've used DOS-on-a-stick and it worked fine for me.

Hi
Welcome to the Community. To start the system in MS -DOS perform the following steps.
Step 1>Turn on or restart your computer. Pay attention closely to the screens that appear.
Step 2>Tap the "F8" key on start up (Dell logo screen).It should take you to a screen with"Windows Advanced Options Menu." If you see Windows starting to load, you have failed and need to try again from Step 1.
Step 3>Select "Safe Mode With Command Prompt." Use the "Up" and "Down" arrows on the keyboard until the "Command Prompt" option is highlighted. Press "Enter" to reach the DOS startup screen.
Do not modify any files in DOS that you don't completely understand. Deleting essential system files from within DOS can cause your computer irreparable damage because there are no safeguards in DOS to prevent you from doing so as there are in Windows
