Yes you can upgrade to touch screen on Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 but you need to replace the entire LCD hingeup assembly which would cost more. You can purchase the Touch LCD assembly kit from our spare parts division at 1-800-357-3355 (US only) and get assembled with a local technician.
