What is this error on Google Chrome dns_probe_finished_bad_config and how to fix it? dns_probe_finished_bad_config

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.
You can turn the system off and then disconnect the Ethernet cable from your system, turn off the router wait for 2 minutes. Turn the router on first, then the system and connect the Ethernet cable, check and see if it works. If the issue remains you can reset the TCP/IP settings using the Microsoft fixit http://bit.ly/1KrzKFc. You can also open the command prompt Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt (Run as an administrator). Type in "ipconfig /release" then enter, then type "ipconfig /flushdns" then enter and then "ipconfig /renew" and enter.
