I downloaded wifi driver for dell vostro 3500 from Dell official website but it is not installing
Saying not found compatible hardware

The file which I downloaded from it link is only user guide it doesn't contain any setup file

I assume you has a look at the Service Tag before Rick removed it and identified a Dell Wireless 1501 Card.
There are drivers for the Dell Wireless 1501 Card and Windows 8.0:
Driver 8×86, x64: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00878369M/13/DW1501_W8_X00_A00_Setup-NF03J_ZPE.exe 6.30.59.49
For Windows 8.1 the driver may be extracted and installed only via device manager:
Driver 8.1×86, 8.1×64: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01727111M/1/Network_Driver_77G98_WN_6.30.223.143_A00.EXE 6.30.223.143
