XPS 13 - inconsistent video (youtube / netflix ) playback issue?
I downloaded chrome and for first 2 days everything was fine. If i opened youtube it would play instantly. Now if I open youtube it just black screens for 10 seconds then I get a playback error. Same thing happens on netflix, I click a video and I get a playback error. However the strange thing is this doesnt happen every single time. Sometimes they load right up, other times always just showing error.
Wondering is this possibly a driver issue? Not big on computers so any suggested help greatly appreciated, Thanks

Do you have an XPS 13 9360 ?
Have you upgraded the BIOS to 1.2.3 ?
I suspect a major BIOS regression that affects many things.

I just updated the bios to 1.2.3, ( thanks for that btw) however im still facing the same problem. Not sure how to fix this. It works sometimes and doesnt the other. Could it be a graphics issue, i dont understand.
