XPS 17 (L702x) crashing issue

Hi,

Following a resent reset to the factory supplied image (4 weeks ago) I am getting numerous crashes when playing games, especially World of Warcraft. The error I get is the widely documented Error #'132, of which can be found in detail at http://www.error132.com/

After following numerous directions on this and other forums I did another full factory reset. Installed nothing but the game client and the updated Wireless and graphics drivers (from the Dell website, not nvidia) and got the same problem. I made sure that the game uses only the 555M through the control panel

I am worried there is a physical issue with the machine. After running a Dell full diagnostic everything passes. What should I do.
