dell xps in dubai

I dont know if this is the correct forum to ask.

I am currently staying in dubai, UAE. I want to buy a dell laptop, for my programming and gaming . The Dell XPS 15 series  with i7 740QM and 2 GB nvidia 435M graphics card was available here a month before and now it is not available  anywhere.only some old models are available here.

When  it will be avalailbe in the middle east?
Is it available with the latest sandy bridge processor and if yes what will be the price?
Is it possible for me to buy the laptop from dells US site and ship it to UAE?
