how to determine what apps are open
On my start page my camera light comes on. Once I click on the camera app the camera comes up saying that the camera is open in another app and that app needs to be closed. How do I determine what app is open and using my camera? I know it on my start page because the camera light is on. However, when I go to my desktop or anywhere else the camera light goes off.

To know the apps running on the system The Microsoft Windows Task Manager is a general quick and easy method of seeing what is running on the computer
Click on the link http://bit.ly/1pGbF6c and follow the steps given and also the example which is described this is help you.
To launch the Task Manager, Press Ctrl+Alt+Del on the Keyboard.
