how to setup / Upgrading my new XPS 15 9530

I need some advice / help please on Setting up / Upgrading the following:  (I have not used my system yet, so hopefully I’ll get a quick reply, Thanks in advance for all the help  J )

I just received the following as a gift

• New XPS15 9530 as a gift. (XPS 15.6 4k Ultra HD Touch-Screen, I7-4712HQ, 16gb Ram, 1 TB 5400 HDD, 32gb SSD, Nvidia GT570)
• It was purchased at Best Buy (Best Buy item # XPS156847SLV)   online July 16th 2015  however it was not delivered until July 24th late in the day. 
• At the same time he ordered the following items: Dell USB 3.0 Docking station 452BBPG, LG BE14NU40 External USB 3.0 Blu-Ray Writer, Dynex153 Mini display adapter, J5 USB3 to gigabit Ethernet adapter,  Samsung 850Pro Tb SSD  Model MZ-7KE1T0BW  Drive to replace the internal HDD.
• He was also supposed to get an Samsung 850 MSata drive to be installed as well, they were out of stock so I may do that later.

When I do the following upgrade I don’t want to violate any warranty with Dell I plan on purchasing  a 4 year warranty from Dell & the  Accidental protection as well, as I understand it from a Dell Rep I need to wait till the computer is 30 days old before I can purchase that.

• I want to replace the 1tb Travelstar Z5K1000 hdd with the Samsung 850Pro 1tb MZ-7KE1T0BW drive. 

• I wanted to partition the drive to have a boot partition that will also have the install files for programs  the 2nd partition will be for the actual data.  Docs, downloads, i.e. everything that is going to change hopefully.

• I wanted to do a clean install of windows 10 as part of this upgrade.  How do I do this? Can I order the Media or the .ISO file from Dell for my New XPS? (In the past Microsoft had suggested to do a clean install of upgrades i.e. put in the upgrade dvd/cd and start the install when it asks for the location of the licensed Windows you would then remove the upgrade dvd/cd and put in the other media it would read the license ( at some point you had to put in the COA too) and then you would put back in the upgrade media again to finish.    This would give you a much more stable upgrade install.)

• Can someone please give me the instructions as to how I need to do this?  (  if part of the answer is to create backup media when giving me the instructions I would prefer to create a backup dvd in addition to a  USB Drive if the advice is to create a USB drive backup  so I will have the backup on some type of long term storage media, Can I do that? And if so how?)
