memory and cpu capacity for cpi d300xt
I have a dell latitude d300xt. does anyone know the maximum capacity for memory upgrade and what is the maximum cpu i can upgrade to? I understand the hd can be upgraded also but I should limit it to around 20GB

If this is a Latitude CPi the 300MHz was the fastest processor sold in that system. Max RAM is as follows:
Memory module capacities and type*16-, 32-, 64-, and 128-MB, 3.3-V EDO SODIMMs(128-MB SODIMMs for the CPi system only, with CPi BIOS A03 or higher)
Therefore 256MB maximum.
