mini dell starter 1012 keyboard is not working
hello, my 1012 mini dell keyboard is not working. the mouse works fine, the computer is running fine. nothing different. just keyboard is not typing. im using the screen keyboard. can somebody help? i used it this morning before church, placed it on my nightstand near bed. everything was working fine. till an hour ago. somebody have an idea what the problem is? :emotion-18: tnx

Hi Sylvie23,
Welcome to the Community. Try pressing F2 key at the Dell logo to check if it takes you to the Bios. Try using an external keyboard. If your under warranty contact Dell technical support in your region for a keyboard replacement.
Reseat your keyboard using the below link. Do not do this if your under warranty.
