problem with display in Dell Inspiron 15r 5521
Hi ,
I have problem with my dell inspiron 15r which i had recently bought ! The display shows strange colors when turning on the laptop . Can you just fix this ? i doubt my decision over buying this configuration in dell .

Hi Harsh26,
Please run the “LCD Test”, follow the steps below.
Switch off the computer > Press and hold down the ‘D’ key on the keyboard and press the Power button > you will see different colors on the LCD screen. During the LCD test please check if the strange color appears?
Also connect an external monitor and check if the issue persists.

yes , the issue is there ! the screen seems to be crashed for few seconds like the display is gone . and then gets fine.
