You can use 'Dell Webcam Central' software to make videos or take pictures. You can download "Dell Webcam Central" software from the link below.

Hello the driver provided within this topic is not working and it's giving an error message with "This app doesn't run for your pc" where I have window8 64 bits.
I'm looking for DELL Inspiron 15R 5521 webcam driver and application to run the webcam
