when I boot the computer always requires the Fn+F7 key

How do I make it come up full screen without the Fn+F7 key when it boots?
Did I lose a registry key?

thanks

It should be fairly straightforward to get to the CMOS battery.
Whether it totally cures your problem will only be known by changing the battery.

well, the CMOS battery is not the issue.
I shut down the nVidia NIX and NCPL programs and all is fine.
The clue was that it did not shrink the screen until just before the boot process ended. By that time most everything had been loaded. So it had to be a program that was doing it and not a registry entry or driver.

thanks
