Audio Mixer not working Dell 3668

So, I have an audio mixer. I basically use it as an audio interface I have my mic plugged into it. It worked fine like 2 weeks ago, but now when I plug it in, (I plug it in using a 3.5mm jack on the front panel) it would usually show the MaxxAudioPro pop up but now it doesnt. I tried on other devices, it doesnt show up the pop up too. and when I plugged the audio mixer in, it says that nothing is plugged.

MaxxAudio requires the Dell supplied Realtek sound driver, specific for your model.   Did you install a different version? (sometimes Windows updates will do this so check the updates).  If this is the case, reinstall the Dell Realtek for your model.

If the Realtek was not upgraded, Recycle the Realtek sound driver and see it that helps.  Go to the Device Manager (Right click on the Window start icon in the lower left to access menu with Device Manager).  In Device Manager go to the Sound, Video and Game Controller Section.  RIGHT click on the entry for the Realtek and then LEFT click "Uninstall".  DO NOT uninstall the Drivers.  Restart the PC and when Windows starts it will reinstall the Realtek.  Connect the mixer and see if this restored the connection.

BTW, I'm a musician and have a recording studio.

@fireberd Thanks for replying. I went over to the Dell support site and checked in drivers and downloads. It detected my system as a Dell 3668. In the Realtek HD Audio Drivers, it says alot of other devices for it, but it doesn't include my system. But it detected my system right?

And what do I not uninstall? The one you are telling me to uninstall is the Realtek device right?

Have you tested the mixer output on some other PC or amp to make sure its not the mixer, or cable?  Always a possibility.  That would be the next step to verify the mixer and the cable you are using to connect the mixer to the PC.

Another point is the Pink "Mic In" jack on the rear. This takes a standard 3.5MM TRS plug.

If the mixer (and cable) work on another computer or amplifier, try the Mic In with a standard TRS plug.  If it works OK with the rear mic jack, may be some hardware problem with the front jack or cabling.

I haven't tried plugging it in to another system. I also have an amp on here and they're connected to speakers. When I plug them in, the audio goes to the speakers. So, that means its working. But I need the mic on it. Yes, I have tried plugging it in from the back. No effect.
