Dell Hardware not compatible with Windows 10

I'm having a problem with the error "Alert: TPM could not be initialized". There does not seem to be a fix for this. Dell support has tried twice but the problem recurs. Dell Hardware is not compatible with Windows 10. I've searched for solutions and the problem goes back to 2004 and it still happens to most Dell computers. Dell has to advertise their computes are no longer compatible with Windows 10.

TPM is in bios and it can be cleared and disabled in bios.

Without specific model number there is no help.

Not all countries or versions of boards support tpm.

Most new dells that are in service do not use a hardware TPM they use INTEL Trusted Platform Module

Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) - TPM 2.0 is a microcontroller that stores keys, passwords, and digital certificates. A discrete TPM 2.0 also supports Intel® vPro™ Technology and Intel® Trusted Execution Technology (Intel® TXT).

Intel® Platform Trust Technology (Intel® PTT) - Intel® Platform Trust Technology (Intel® PTT) offers the capabilities of discrete TPM 2.0. Intel PTT is a platform functionality for credential storage and key management used by Windows® 10. Intel PTT supports BitLocker* for hard drive encryption and supports all Microsoft requirements for firmware Trusted Platform Module (fTPM) 2.0
