Dell Inspiron 5490 AIO Display screen
When I woke up my AIO desktop..I found that the display was weird.
Can someone help me understand.

@naandhaan What version of BIOS do you have installed?
The latest version of BIOS is 1.5.2, which, quote:
Fixed the issue where the system screen flickers and appears to be distorted after resuming from sleep mode.
Read and follow the instructions to update BIOS carefully. Manually download the update file onto your desktop. Do NOT let SupportAssist or Dell Update manage the update for you.
Make sure all apps and windows are closed. Temporarily disable your anti-viral app. Then double-click the BIOS exe file on your desktop. Leave PC alone until it's back to the desktop. PC might reboot itself several times during the update. Just leave it alone. When you're finally back at the desktop, make sure your anti-viral is running again.

Your instruction definitely helped me but it could not find out the solution.
I understood that it is an accidental damage of screen causing it.

@naandhaan - Sorry the BIOS update didn't help.
If this system is under warranty contact Dell Tech Support. Have Service Tag handy...
