Dell Monitor S2719H
I just recently bought this monitor not knowing there wasn't a height adjustment on it. I assumed all monitors did. Is there an alternative mount that I can purchase for this? I wear bifocals and now I have to bend my head up to view the monitor resulting with a headache.

The proper monitor for you is actually the Dell UltraSharp u2717d .

Not only is the stand fully adjustable, but it uses an IPS-panel ... so the viewing angles are much better, and the colors are better. Basically, superior image-quality as compared to a cheap TN-Panel.

So you want to lower the monitor, correct?
There are some adapters that are designed to fit this monitor in place of the Dell stand. The adapter connects to a standard VESA mount which would be attached on the wall.
Or, there are some VESA mounts which attach via an arm directly to the desk to hold a monitor, but you'd need a solid/stable work surface to support the arm.
CAVEAT: I've never used any of these adapters or VESA mounts...
