GTX 650ti identification and flashing

Hello,

My apologizes if this is in the wrong place, I'm not exactly sure where to find help with this. I have recently acquired a GTX650ti that I have reasons to believe was manufactured by Dell. I believe it was pulled from a working unit at my university. My issue is that I am unable to use this card with a UEFI-based install and I believe it may be due to its bios. If this is indeed a genuine Dell device, does Dell provide any resources that I can use to flash/modify this device to support UEFI? Furthermore, must I place the device in a Dell motherboard/desktop as well for successful flashing? If not, does anyone have any suggestions on where I should look for further answers? 

 

The only info shown on the card is as follows on three different stickers:

"GTX650TIDE Z430A4 HF"

"01A ECS" 

"80.06.47.00.09"

Here is a picture I found on Google that looks exactly like it.
