Help me upgrade a dell inspiron i5675

I currently have a dell inspiron i5675 gaming desktop that was gifted to me by a friend a while back and I was hoping to upgrade the system. I don't build or fix pc's often so I was hoping if someone could tell me if these parts are compatible and if it is worth it to upgrade, or should I just sell it at this point.
