Help on setting up and understanding profiles in Alienware Command Center

Hi Folks,

I have a new Dell G5 Desktop. It comes with a newer version of the Alienware Command Center. I have never used Alienware Command Center and am not sure if it's safe for me to make adjustments and/or overclock?

I checked the forums and some online videos. I did find some information but still had some questions.

I was playing a game and after a while I could feel the heat from the system and the fans were loud. Attached are two screenshots of my setup. I have a "Balanced" Thermal profile and then you can see my hardware overviews in the second screen.

1. Can I / Should I add a performance type profile when playing games?

2. How do I do that? - Do I increase the frequencies of the RAM, CPU, and GPU ?

3. What benefit does adding a game to my library in the Alienware Command Center do?

Thanks in advance for any guidance and advice! If there is more information on this somewhere please let me know? Thanks - jg1234  ( My specs are at the bottom)
