Inspirion 620 Upgrade in progress
Dusted off my 620. Added 650 power supply. Running Window 8.1. Working fine. Received new cpu in mail. Removed CPU Fan, old cpu, Installed new one, added grease. Reinstalled fan. Plugged in power cord, turned on computer. Fan starts, then stops. MB has power to it. No output to monitor. Reinstalled the old cpu with the same results. Any suggestions, hints, help will be greatly appriciated.

Am running on a Raspberry i 4. Alienware 17 r2 broke during BIOS upgrade (My dumb A..) Should have know better. Anyway figured the upgrade to the 620 would be easy. Ha
