Inspiron 2350 Issue
My Inspiron 2350 has a black screen and the dell logo stuck when it powers on. It also has a constantly moving loading circle that spins until the computer turns off on its own. Will I lose everything on the computer if I reset it? Is it worth calling someone from Geek Squad?

Did you recently install any new software or do a BIOS update?
If you reboot and start tapping F12, and that menu opens. Select the diagnostics option and run all of them, including RAM and extended boot drive tests.
Read this. You'd want to do a Refresh to keep your files, not a Reset.
