Inspiron 3252, continually reboots
My Inspiron 3252 reboots continually. The Power button lights up AMBER color and the comes on and less than 5 seconds it turns off and then back on. I have removed the battery and all physical connections and pressed and held the power button to drain all power and then reinstalled the battery and made all connections back and it still does the same thing.

Thank you for your message. Seems like there is a boot failure.
Were there any recent Windows updates or OS changes made on the computer?
Please restart the computer & tap F2 to get into BIOS & check if the hard drive is detected.
Run a hardware diagnostic by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB & check if there is an error.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
