Inspiron 3910. Very slow and jumpy.
Purchased brand new, totally disappointed. MS edge takes forever to open, when using mouse wheel to navigate screen slow and jumpy. Cannot access videos on Youtube, like watching a slide show in slow motion. So So peeved off. my old Lenovo worked better than this. Taken me 10 minutes to type this.

To add to what @JOcean asked...
Is the primary (boot) drive a HDD or an SSD?
What version of Windows, 10 or 11? Is Windows fully-updated? There are bugs in Win 11 that make SSD performance very slow. Some of that was fixed by previous updates, and there's reported to be another update coming ~March, that is supposed to fix SSD performance again...
Do you have an add-in video card (NVidia or AMD) or only onboard Intel Graphics? And if you have an add-in video card, is the monitor connected to that add-in card, not to either of the onboard Intel ports?

My inspiron 3910 is also very slow. Tried installing RAM. But the boot-up would not work. Had to revert to the existing single RAM card. I am wondering if there are proprietary issues with generic parts. Had to uninstall McCafee since it was taking over 90% of the drive capacity. It was all very frustrating.
