Inspiron 5675, wireless

Hi

I just bought Inspiron 5675 (newegg link to the same model) with RX 570 from brick and mortar store for my friends. I need to setup it now, but I can not connect it to my existing spare screen near wired internet connection due to the lack of DIsplay Port or HDMI connectors on my old Dell screen.

The only option, without purchasing adapter, is to connect to my HDMI TV, but I don't have wired Internet in that room. I checked the spec sheet page 20 for this Inspiron and it stated the following:

Ethernet 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet controller integrated on system board

Wireless M.2 802.11a/b/g/n•
               Bluetooth 4.2　

Does it mean that this Inspiron has wireless adapter installed already? If it is, I can setup this PC using my TV as a screen and my wireless network (I still prefer initial setup to be done over wired Internet).
