Inspiron 570, GPU upgrade?

Question

I’m upgrading my CPU to an AMD Python II X4 965 and obviously also upgrading my Cooling to 130W Cooling. I’m also upgrading my PSU to Corsair Cx500 and I’m now looking to upgrade my graphics. My question is, I know that most cards are compatible with this CPU but I need to know what cards are compatible with the given Dell motherboard (4GJJT I think) Thanks for any replies!

Newer Radeon Cards in the R series won't work at all with older Dell like that with conventional bios.

Ancient Dells from as far back as 2006 with PCI-E work fine with the latest PASCAL based nvidia cards.

This guy put a 1080 TI into an ancient DIMENSION 9150 / XPS 400 YC523 windows XP machine from 2006 with Pentium D processor. (DXP051 Bios A02) His video also shows WHY its not a good idea to upgrade such an old system. If you do buy a GT1030 or better its not wasted money because you can migrate the new video to a newer system.

Thank you so much for your help. Managed to snag a 1060 for 180$ yesterday on Prime Day so that’s what I’ll be installing!

CX500 power supply is too small for a GTX 1060. Recommended replacement is specific EVGA 750 B1 110-B1-0750-VR

Not B2 , Not BQ, Not G2.

I have a GTX 1080 I will soon be installing I purchased from Reddit but in order to do that I have to update the power supply, I found this on eBay for $25:
