Inspiron 7775 Freezes at Lock Screen
When my computer goes to the lock screen I am at times unable to unlock the screen and resume my computer use. The mouse still moves around however when I click to unlock it does nothing. I am forced to restart my computer.
Similarly when my screen goes into power saver mode (e.g. black) I am unable to turn back on the screen by moving my mouse or pressing keys on my keyboard.
All my drivers and BIOS appear to be up to date.
Any insight would be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

Monkified,
Go to start - settings- system- power & sleep. Select each option on the right and change the settings that meet your criteria. Choose Additional Power Settings at the bottom. Select each option on the left column and choose the option that meets your criteria on the right. Do this for each section.

Reboot and immediately press F2 to open BIOS setup.
Find USB Wake Support in BIOS setup (Advanced - Power Options), which enables USB devices to wake the computer from Standby. Make sure this option is Enabled (the default is Disabled).
Don't change anything else in BIOS setup but save the change to USB Wake Support and exit setup.
See if that helps...
