Inspiron One 2020 Ram upgrade
I'm looking to increase my ram to 8 gigs. I have 2 slots, 1 is open. Is it okay to add an identical 4 gig memory bank to the 2nd slot, or should I purchase a 2 bank kit to replace the existing bank and installing 2 new identical banks?

I just dropped in a 4G SODIMM in next to the 4G the system it already had. It performs just as well (or bad, in the case of a late-model Dell) as it ever did.
