Legacy Modeon 3670

I have installed an OS ( Ubuntu 20.04) from an external disk using the Legacy Mode.

When I restart it goes into the GNU GRUB command line sequence.

Any idea how I proceed?

There is no legacy boot on systems past 6th gen skylake.

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000125414

They are 64 bit only windows 10 only.

Best way to install Ubuntu is alongside windows.

With the Boot option set to Legacy boot mode on newer series of Dell computers, you will be unable to boot to internal boot devices (including hard drive, SSD, or eMMC storage devices). This issue may also occur after installing the operating system in Legacy Boot mode.

Only UEFI GPT booting.

Dell only supports linux on systems that shipped with Linux from Dell.

There is support from Canonical its not free.
